No, foreigners should not be allowed to buy influence and lobbying should be made illegal. As in, serve prison time. A long time. Not just a slap on the wrist, or a fine to pay. But serving actual, hard time. No first offenders act.

I don't really know what a lobbyist is but it is an American election so people from foreign places I feel should not be allowed to raise money.
