Yes, but only if they go through a psychological examination to show they fully understand the choice, and if they have little to no chance of surviving. Also any family members should know of this choice. And both the patient and a family member sign a waiver saying they will not seek legal action against the hospital or those in charge of the assisted suicide. There should also be witnesses that sign the waiver as well.
