Should “gender identity” be added to anti-discrimination laws?
if they have a penis, they go to the mens room, if they have a vagina they should go to the women's…
as a non-binary person, literally no one has been able to find out my assigned sex at birth. how is anyone supposed to tell me what bathroom to use? probably because gender is a social construct and has nothing to do with what's in your pants. just because I have a certain set of chromosomes doesn't mean I can't use the family restroom and just because a trans woman may have xy chromosomes, doesn't mean she shouldn't use the women's restroom
