There will be no military bases and only those naval and coast guard bases necessary to protect the coast. All Air Force Army and Marine bases will be shut down and closed and moved at the earliest possible time. Additionally, each day the state violates the ban on sanctuary cities, there will be a $100,000 fine assessed that MUST be paid before any resumption of federal activity within that state.
