When my mom was pregnant with me (I have autism level 1- ADHD combined type) back in 2006, a Pakistani doctor suggested aborting me because he thought I had Down Syndrome and my dad was having none of it! Neither was my mom!

The right to LIFE outweighs all other rights. That's why it's not justified to shoot people who are disturbing you by being too noisy and why it's justifiable to steal food if you're starving to death. While the person you're stealing from has property rights, the second most important right, you have a more important right to live.

No we can't, because if you really can't afford to have a child there's a line of pro-life people a million long who will donate money to you or you could let the kid be fostered instead of murdering him.
