Politicians should be held to a standard of all crimes are prima facie crimes and anyone may seek a warrant or writ in any court for their arrest based upon the providing of such evidence and prosecution should be mandatory if evidence is adjudicated as satisfying the standard of proof, and said standard should be identical to any standard set for any citizen accused of an identical criminal offense, and no politician should have the ability to pardon either themselves, a family member out to the third degree of relation, or pardon either treason or sedition except in the case of a prior agreed covert action that must be revealed publicly and in full in order to obtain said pardon, and the issuer shall then be tried before senate and house to determine if their actions were justified or they should be held liable instead.
