there needs to be alternative energies. however, we need to have the power and grid and supply to support electric vehicles. The reduction of emissions shouldn't make things more expensive. its insanely expensive to operate a truck with DEF is $5 a gallon. and renders the vehicle stranded if it malfunctions. Why can't we have better options and move forward with reduced emissions AND feasible ways to perpetuate a reduction in emissions - and not bankrupt the nation. Taking away gas stoves... is the exact opposite of that. In my opinion a gas stove burning natural gas is less polluting than an electric stove running off of a coal fired power plant. THAT is the problem.
