No matter what we say, we will have biases toward certain kinds of races. If individuals are capable of having these biases, then a system made by individuals is able to be corrupt. Racism is all around us, subconsciously even. Addressing what racism is can educate younger minds, leaving this education to the parents can be even more harmful to their future and lives without proper education of what these kids can be exposed to.

It's the fact that racism started off in our government's constitution. Our government has started off with racism from the gate. Our very first president owned slaves and though our government approved of it at first, we had to fight to stop slavery.

Yes, I agree with this comment about Race Theory in k-12 Education because it is important to educate younger people about Race instead of leaving it to the parents to do so where they could have a very biased opinion that is harmful and wrong or they might be uneducated enough.

All races are equal and there should be no need to teach children about our dark racist past, as it is our past, and we are now a new society that is inclusive of all races because teaching them this concept of racism might justify immoral racist actions.
