Can we have true freedom if some people are living in poverty, lacking education or healthcare?

If people are not supported with the fundamentals that are needed for the basic quality of life, I believe that true freedom is not equally given to everyone.

No, if anyone is living in those conditions, they are not free. Which means that as long as those exist, true freedom cannot exist.

Yes, there are plenty of opportunities for these people living in poverty

I do believe we can because the government should be in charge of giving these people a chance to better their lives because everyone has the exact same opportunity to fulfill the American dream.
