We would be divided. Many issues would be solved, such as mental disabilities, physical disabilities, and diseases that would eventually detriment your body. However, it wouldn't stop there, people would change themselves just to satisfy their insecurities. On top of the fact that it wouldn't be cheap, it would create a new class system between people, furthering increasing the divide among people.

No more using robots to replace work, since many people would enhance their abilities. Society would be more work based and less technology.
