There are 2 genders/sex. Rest are mental illnesses. I am not homophobic, and I will not hate/deny anyone's representation, but I do not support them.

Diversity imitative are a smokescreen for the very opposite: the homogenization of education, witnessed by the abhorrent Congressional testimony given by the high priestesses of PennU and Harvard. We should focus on creating a grammar school-like meritocracy which selects the brightest individuals from even the lowest socio-economic based on skill and promise, whose consideration is not diversity of race or background, but truly diversity of thought. This is the surest form of mobility possible.

I believe its very important because diversity is needed everywhere how can you ever learn about others and their culture if your workplace or your school has a bigger ratio of Latinos or Asians its better to have a wide variety of people so you can understand and learn.
