If you had to explain why gun rights are important to a friend from another country with strict gun laws, what would you say?

Gun's cannot be banned because if they were we'd be helpless while criminals can illegally steal weapons and know that we would not be able to protect ourselves.

I believe gun rights shouldn’t be strict because so many people have them it would be bad if your didn’t

Read the US Constitution. The second ammendmant is very clear. the state of our country at this point, with our corrupt administration, we need these rights. We will be defending ourselves from our government in the very near future.
