I feel uncomfortable because I want them to try to at least speak a little bit of English if they want to be in my country they should be able to speak English, not other languages.

Not everyone cant just know how to speak english, if you grow up in a Spanish speaking only home then of course your going to know almost nothing about english, it would be like going into a foreign country like France, and the French people expect you to know how to speak French because they cant understand you.

We live in a free country and learning a language is really hard and takes time. I think we should give people some grace if they went through the legal process to come here.
