We need to temper a willingness to torture anyone because we've become a bit too eager to torture, at times merely out of spite - and that should never be a reason, especially for our military personnel. Torture of any type should be held as a last resort and in limited and specific times, such as a true immediate need of information during war. Military tribunals with full penalties of the law, up to and including death.
