Do you think the human race will ever reach a point where war is obsolete?
It is instinctual to compete. Although world peace is a pleasant thought and want, I don't think it is possible after all this time.

Traditional warfare is already obsolete and has been since the Cold War. Economic warfare is vastly more powerful and ultimately is what traditional wars are won based off of.

I'd like to hope that someday maybe we may be able to find peace. I believe there is no harm in hope as long as it doesn't blind one from the facts and risks. I hope that someday we, as humans, can find it in ourselves to live peacefully, while I am also aware that the cards are stacked against it happening. I believe humans have the potential to find world peace. The question is whether or not we do.

I think one day, in a very optimistic light, human kind may all look towards peace as the most effective ways of communication.
