This is fun. Yesterday, two people threw an unidentified powder into the air in the US Capitol Rotonda and on the US Constitution display

Today. We know nothing. We don't know their identities. If they were booked, Media didn't report who they are, what group they belong to, or if they were held on charges for this . What substance they threw. Nothing.

See the problem yet?

Definitely not MAGA folks, or we would be hearing all about it

probably right that they're not MAGA, if they were they would have assaulted the officers on duty

Let's see video from security cams throughout capitol, I'll bet the cameraman w/backpack arrived w/vandals & met red jacket lady before proceeding to do this and then probably left together, that's why the officer pushes people back from gate after saying they could remain there

Where do you draw the line between acceptable protest and unacceptable damage to cultural or historical artifacts?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2mos2MO

Can an act of vandalism be considered a valid form of protest, or does it inherently harm the movement's message?

 @9JYXDR6 from Illinois commented…2mos2MO

This is protesters overstepping a line. Protesters should stick to marches and social media protests rather than doing something that can be misinterpreted as domestic terrorism or some kind of chemical attack. This act does nothing to help their cause, and probably lead to some sort of fines or other punishment. Overall, protesters should stop doing outrageous and radical things such as throwing soup or a cake at the Mona Lisa, as these things do nothing but give protesters a bad name and do nothing to help their cause.

Why are the cops just standing there waiting for them to conclude their speech? Why not immediately arrest them with force, and if they resist, use the Billy clubs? At least that would provide some deterrence.

This game of pattycake just ensures many repeat performances.

This is a prime example of why the American people distrust news media. The slow drippage of information about the KC shooters is another. If we cannot have balanced and objective journalism, news media should fully disclose their political philosophy, allegiances and alliances.
