On an individual level, yes, as we Catholics are still citizens and should have a say in how this country is run and should advocate for policies and candidates that conform to the Church's teachings. If the question means should the Church as a organization dictate policy from the top-down or have its thumb on the scales of politics, no. The US is not a theocracy. And I am against organizations of all stripes, whether they be religions, corporations, PACs, lobby groups, unions, etc. having undue or outsize influence in politics instead of natural person citizens.
