This doesn't negate the fact that American media (& Western media at large) essentially dehumanizes the Palestinians.

The reporting that drives people to hold notions about Palestinians being inherently violent terrorists constantly makes the headlines, while the reasons why they often feel the need to resort to violence do not. Having over 2m people crammed into a blockaded 25-mile strip of land because their ancestors simply lived in what is now Israel during 1948 is not only unethical, but criminal. The blockade should be ended and the border torn down.
