My take is Agasint i do not think it should be a thing, humans deserve some sense of privacy with an technological side.

The maintaining of privacy should be allowed as far as it reaches except the internet because it is literally a platform free uses it is your job to protect yourself.

Go with the flow until there's something unconstitutional, then we can go from there. I think it's absurd to get hit with a hypothetical and then have a response ready for said hypothetical.

Although there might be technological advancements there must always be a balance in the personal privacy of a person meaning that it balances tradition and change.
