How do you think your relationships would be different if you responded to conflict with a meditative mindset?

I believe that I would at based off logic instead of emotion

People would probably get annoyed with me because i'd always be calm.

Well on one side of this, people would be more calm and collected, but I feel this would slow the decision-making process and harm society because meditation takes a while for some and when matters are pressing, time isn't your best friend. It would help, but not for issues that have a few days to be dealt with.
