Those who are unable to serve in a military capacity should serve in some other way that is beneficial to the nation to whatever extent possible. Those able but unwilling to contribute in any manner should not be extended any social benefits. The wealthy and politicians who do not need the benefits should still be required to serve, and their service should subsidize the benefits of those who would be willing to serve in some capacity but are unable to due to severe mental or physical conditions.
