I would feel scared and uncomfortable that the teacher might use it as a was to keep us in check.

I wouldn't feel safe because you never know the teacher's backstory and if one thing sets them off it can be used against the children.

Mandating teachers to be armed could actually lead to a safer learning environment by deterring potential threats, showing that not all responses to gun violence need to infringe on individual rights.
