How do you feel about the decision to not increase the mandatory retirement age for airline pilots to 67; do you think experience or fresh perspectives are more important?

We need both. Rather than having a specific age limit, I think individuals should have to complete more frequent pilot competency flight tests and reregistration as they age.

I feel the decisions shoud not increase because we do not need old people driving planes
