You can be “for peace” and “for ceasefire” and “for divestment” and not be pro-Hamas or antisemitic. “The elimination of all Jews” is decidedly not the number one credo of the protesters (btw, you can’t say two things are the number one credo…)
She was referring to this tenant of the Hamas Covenant:
“The Day of Judgment will not come about until Moslems fight Jews and kill them. Then, the Jews will hide behind rocks and trees, and the rocks and trees will cry out: 'O Moslem, there is a *** hiding behind me, come and kill him."
A cease fire is not going to stop future attacks on Israel.
