US Politician Said the ICC "was built for Africa and thugs like Putin”

In a CNN Interview, ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan says a senior American official told him “this court [the ICC] was built for Africa and thugs like Putin.”

Graham, if indeed that was him, said the secret part out loud and I hope the ICC reminds him (and so many others) that they are not above the law

Well, that adds up.

Love that he goes to the Middle East so often (was in Qatar for security forum, then Saudi Arabia it seems below). He has to explain his racist outbursts. But Lindsey, he’ll come back and do it all over again.

Wouldn’t be surprised if it was this kind of demeaning language directed at his office that finally convinced Khan to say eff it and prosecute the case
