Living here for five years does not make them a legal citizen, which means under our constitution they are not qualified to vote. If they are a legalized citizen, then yes.

No they foreigners residing in the United States for 5 years should only be given the right to vote if they have become a U.S citizen.

i think that 5 years is not enough time and that we should make them stay longer becuse they need to know a lot about the current and past governement to have an educated vote on todays politics

because if we just let foreigners that have been here lets say a week or a month vote without a regulation of 5+ years than anyone can come here vote and go back to where they live and maybe shady stuff can happen
