Do you think that people with more resources have an obligation to assist those without; why or why not?

Human instinct is to give to others, to share, and to show empathy and understanding for those around you, our society teaches greed and selfishness and covers all of that up. If you are hoarding money, healthcare supplies, food, etc. when there are people around you suffering without a way to get out of that you should be doing what you can to help.

I think they do because if they have an oversurge they can spare.
