How important do you feel it is for a country's leader to embody the nation's cultural and moral values?

Leaders must embody cultural and moral values of their citizens in order to appeal to them. If leaders do not appeal to the interests of their citizens, then the community will not feel united. The citizens will not feel properly represented.

I think as the leader of a country it is important to gain knowledge about those around you. It helps bring more perspective when making decisions or even dealing with a situation.
