Government should not use religious ethics or dogma to make decisions. Even if I agree with Liberation Theology's goals, I don't want to live in a country that codifies a Christian doctrine. If anything, they should use humanistic, secular values.

With all respect given to every religion, Christianity should not be used to decide any matter of the state, and it is already sprinkled in into many government policies and politics. It is every hypocritical to criticize other countries who use religion in the government when we do the same. If the roles were flipped, US citizens would have an outcry.

Mental health, being able to improve someone's mental health in today's society is an amazing and very underrated way to contribute.

I believe that mental health improvement is not a large focus of society and that many people overlook it when thinking of how we can make a positive change is society.
