I do not believe that a community can tackle social issues more effectively than a government

I do think communities can start great things that can transfer across an area. But I believe that a government can control our response to social issues more than a community can.

comunities involve all ages, races, sexualities, and genders so they can better come to a conclusion on issues than a group of old men.
