Staying happy and healthy can lead to a fulfilling lifestyle. Especially in our modern day world where it can be seen as taboo to speak or preach on mental heath advocation.

I never measure by wealth or possessions cause that's stupid. I measure by how truthful something is, how it makes me feel, how it will impact my future, my relationships with people.
