What kind of legacy would you aim to leave in a world where wealth isn't a measure of impact?

 @9KT97D6from Maine answered…2mos2MO

Just be a good moral individual with huge emphasis on self-reflection and self-improvement. Also, realize that you cannot control other people or their actions.

 @9KXZPLT from Wisconsin disagreed…2mos2MO

This viewpoint is a selfish one. While it is good for the individual, it says nothing of legacy nor improving society as a whole. By placing a huge emphasis on morals and improving so that society can become more just and equitable, we can influence others while not controlling their actions.

Just trying to be a decent person there is not always a option to be a hero, but you can't take out everything that is wrong with others if you wont make a impact either.

What is a primary challenge you would expect to face in a system where resources are evenly shared?

 @9KT92Q9 from New York answered…2mos2MO

Some people need different resources than others, or even just more of a certain kind of resource. Perfectly even distribution wouldn't work, someone would need to be making sure everyone gets what they need.

 @9KTSKGVProgressive  from California agreed…2mos2MO

This is just blatantly true. Some people need extra in order to do what they're best at. Other's need extra to survive. I'm not sure there's any political system that inherently disagrees with this.

How do you see the role of innovation in a society where needs, rather than market demands, drive production?

 @9KFFHPK  from New York answered…2mos2MO

Innovation is hindered in a society where there is no incentive to do so. The needs of others in a society provide less reason to overachieve than the demands of a market.

 @9KJ9B6G from Washington agreed…2mos2MO

People don't care about immediate progress because the ones in need of it need to rely on the people who create it, who don't see a need in it because it doesn't affect them

A communist society is characterized by common ownership of the means of production with free access to the articles of consumption and is classless, stateless, and moneyless, implying the end of the exploitation of labour.

How would you envision a celebration or holiday in a culture that doesn't glorify materialism?

 @9JQ9Y2Ranswered…3mos3MO

Holidays were never about materials, they are meant to be time you spend with your family and friends. It's a time where you get together and just enjoy each others company.

 @9JQ7WXR from Georgia answered…3mos3MO

As an Anti-Communist, I can still see anri-materialism as an easy thing to celebrate, such as religious or folk traditional holidays. You do not need an oppressive regime to enforce good will.

If your successes couldn't be quantified by wealth or possessions, how would you measure them?

 @9L4TWNPanswered…1mo1MO

In the least cliche way possible, happiness. Mental health.

 @9L4XBJCGreen  from New York agreed…1mo1MO

Staying happy and healthy can lead to a fulfilling lifestyle. Especially in our modern day world where it can be seen as taboo to speak or preach on mental heath advocation.

 @9L4TLHQ from Missouri answered…1mo1MO

I never measure by wealth or possessions cause that's stupid. I measure by how truthful something is, how it makes me feel, how it will impact my future, my relationships with people.

have a place for people to go to and share their opinion. more like voting but just to go write a paper sharing what they have to say.

 @9JL37JL answered…3mos3MO

Making sure everyone has the right to speak and with this, voting is necessary.

Is it fair for individuals who work harder or smarter to receive the same as those who contribute less?

It depends on the situation. For example, if one is working harder but has a criminal record, it is mildly sensible to equate them to those contributing less.

 @9KSMQNN  from Massachusetts answered…2mos2MO

I think with Neo-Communism it gives America as a whole a chance to feel and be successful along with others by your side and it will lead to less greed in the world

 @9KS2DNNPeace and Freedom from Pennsylvania commented…2mos2MO

everyone would turn on each other more easily but would have a bigger and better community homes n others but the people would not be as smart or have the right to even do so.
