What is a primary challenge you would expect to face in a system where resources are evenly shared?

Some people need different resources than others, or even just more of a certain kind of resource. Perfectly even distribution wouldn't work, someone would need to be making sure everyone gets what they need.

This is just blatantly true. Some people need extra in order to do what they're best at. Other's need extra to survive. I'm not sure there's any political system that inherently disagrees with this.

The fact that some people might just want more than what they have and they might try and take what isn’t there’s so they can be the one on stop
