If the government prioritized physical fitness by providing free gym memberships to all, how might this affect your health routine?

 @9KW25F3Democrat from Minnesota answered…2mos2MO

It would make me stay consistent in my workout routine.

 @9KW8X8S from North Carolina disagreed…2mos2MO

Making it free won't reduce how some people lack motivation or lack confidence at a gym. Maybe people who choose not to attend a gym could receive a credit towards equipment in their own home.

 @9KW27YS from Oregon answered…2mos2MO

For me I already have a gym membership and I play sports at my high school. So that addition of gyms wouldn't really affect me. This would make gyms less nice if they were free. Also some gyms are not very expensive so if you really want to get fit than you might have to find a few pennies.

 @9KVZX2J from Wisconsin answered…2mos2MO

I would workout more, because I don't want to spend money on a gym membership.

 @9KVZVYC from Michigan answered…2mos2MO

Cost is not an issue for my health routine. Free gym membership would not increase my usage.

How might your school life be different if education policy was decided through direct community votes?

 @9KLK3LGRepublican from Indiana answered…2mos2MO

The school may be different beacuse we may spend money on things we deem as more important.

 @RobRusz from New York disagreed…2mos2MO

The answer is too vague and doesn't address the actual education policy or the impact that community votes would have on it.

 @9KMC26Z from California agreed…2mos2MO

If the community, the ones who are using the school and getting an education, were the ones voting for what needed to be funded, then it would benefit them and it will, objectively, be different.

 @9KLXJFQ from Pennsylvania answered…2mos2MO

It might be a bit different form the way it is now. I think the days off of school might be different, The food, dress code etc might be different.

 @9KLK3NYRepublican from New York answered…2mos2MO

School life can be worse if the budget is decreased or it can be better if it is increased, all depends on how the community sees the school.

What kind of music or movies do you think would be made if the entertainment industry was partially funded by the state for cultural enrichment?

 @9KW29XY from California answered…2mos2MO

It would all be about other countries in the world. The movies would be more informational, not fun.

 @9KW266Z  from Kansas answered…2mos2MO

I think there would be more documentaries and action films covering the topics of cultural ideals and enrichment.

Could you envision a high school system designed around state-determined industries, and how would this impact your educational choices?

 @9KYRQ8Danswered…2mos2MO

Seria una gran decicion porque me podria afectar en todo y no poder ser un buen cuiudadano.

 @9KZKWQP from Pennsylvania disagreed…2mos2MO

teaching children on how to work more efficiently for a company is unjust and robbing them of human joy

 @9KZ6SP4Democrat from Georgia answered…2mos2MO

No, I could not envision a high school system designed around state-determined industries because I think students should be allowed to choose their own careers and choices.

a system of production where goods and services are produced directly for use

Would your approach to health change if nutritious food options were subsidized by the state, making them cheaper than junk food?

 @9L5GVFGRepublican from Texas answered…1mo1MO

 @9L5GP5N from Texas answered…1mo1MO

yes 100%. if our country chose to start using socialized markets in a non corrupt format i could fully support the ideals of it.

 @9L5GNSBWomen’s Equality from California answered…1mo1MO

I do believe providing a more cost friendly approach to healthier food will entice more to buy such food. Allowing for junk food to be so cheap and available may be a leading cause to the problem we're having.

Would you support a system where the government could redistribute excess profits from private firms to benefit society as a whole?

 @9H7M9YM from Michigan answered…5mos5MO

A socialist economic system is characterized by social ownership and operation of the means of production that may take the form of autonomous cooperatives or direct public ownership wherein production is carried out directly for use rather than for profit

 @9H7N243 from Utah answered…5mos5MO

No, because private firms have the right to use their excess profits how they want to because they worked for it and earned it.

 @9H7MXT6Republican from Utah answered…5mos5MO

No, because it is beneficial to everyone to have a free market system where you profit by providing the best service at the best price because it gives consumers the best options

 @9HWBK3G from Nebraska answered…4mos4MO

 @9HWB692Peace and Freedom from New Jersey answered…4mos4MO

It should all be equal and all businesses should be in the same boat and not have a stand over another.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…4mos4MO

How would your lifestyle change if public transport was heavily subsidized, potentially reducing the need for private cars?

 @9JLGKDVJustice party member from Minnesota answered…3mos3MO

I think that a socialist economy is not the most ideal form for economics because there people still should have the right to private property and ownership of goods and/or land.

 @9JLG3FTWomen’s Equality from New York answered…3mos3MO

It would be good for the environment but also it would be harmful for time management as a lot of people would use it. But it’ll also make things convenient which will be a good thing in the long run.
