If the community, the ones who are using the school and getting an education, were the ones voting for what needed to be funded, then it would benefit them and it will, objectively, be different.

It might be a bit different form the way it is now. I think the days off of school might be different, The food, dress code etc might be different.

School life can be worse if the budget is decreased or it can be better if it is increased, all depends on how the community sees the school.
